Esiri Emeje, Intern
Therapy can be a place to reconnect with who you are and step into your own power. When life leaves you feeling adrift or out of touch with yourself, seeing a clear, meaningful path forward can feel challenging. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, uncovering the strengths and resources that have helped you navigate life so far. We’ll reflect on the chapters that no longer serve you and begin to craft a story that reflects resilience, authenticity, and hope. My role is to provide a supportive space where you don’t have to face your struggles alone. I will walk alongside you on this journey, guiding and supporting you as we work toward greater clarity, balance, and peace, until you can confidently stand in your own strength.
I take an integrative and holistic approach, combining evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed techniques, Somatic Experiences, and Mindfulness. These methods allow us to explore the layers of your experience, connect with your values, and support meaningful, lasting change. I have experience supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, mood disorders, identity-related challenges, and women’s issues.
Outside of counseling, I love exploring new places through travel, practicing yoga to stay grounded, spending time in nature, and sharing meaningful moments with friends.
If you think we might be a good fit, please reach out for a free consultation. I would love to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing. I look forward to connecting with you.
